Arogga is currently looking for talented Customer Care Agent to join our Lab Test Department. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Call attend.
• Client query (call, page comment, and message).
• Maintaining relationships with customers. -Maintaining/updating client database,
• Order place, and MT assigning
• Daily reporting.
• Report Mailing (Sending) -Feedbacking Call,
• Data-based update.
• Maintaining GMV for manual order.
• Call labs for information.

·      Qualifications required:

• Diploma in Medical Assistant (MATS)
• Diploma in Medical Assistant (MATS)/ Diploma in Medical Technologist
• Must be completed internship
