Job Context
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Customer support team at Arogga. We are seeking a talented prescription reader who can help our customer to complete their order by upload their prescription. Must have good knowledge about medicine and doctor’s handwriting.
Job Responsibilities
Must have the ability to read doctor's handwriting and understand prescriptions.
Must have good knowledge of medicine.
Must have good communication skills
Answering incoming calls from customers ensuring instant customer satisfaction and responding to social media queries.

Educational Requirements
Honrs/Bachelor's degree in any subject.
Experience Requirements
Must have prescription reader experience 1 to 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
Previous experience in related field.
Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
