Sr. Software Engr. - React native

About The Role:

Join our dynamic and innovative team at Arogga as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in React Native. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge mobile applications. As a key member of our development team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that redefine industry standards.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end development of mobile applications using React Native.
2. Design and implement features to enhance user experience and functionality.
3. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to seamlessly integrate design and development.
4. Architect and maintain a scalable and modular codebase.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
6. Collaborate with the architecture team to drive technology decisions and best practices.
7. Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements.
8. Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standards.
9. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimizing application performance.
   
   Requirements:

• Proven experience in mobile application development using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode and Android Studio.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and asynchronous programming.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Prior experience in a senior or lead role on React Native projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  
  

Salary and benefits:

Job type: Full Time, 5 Days a Week, 9AM to 6PM (or equivalent hours)
Location: Dhaka (One of the best offices in Bangladesh, pay a visit before joining).
Salary: 80k to 150k; will be offered depending on the experience (subject to statutory deductions)
Bonus: Two festival bonuses (each half of your one month gross salary)
Annual and Sick Leaves
