Job Context: 
Join our dynamic and rapidly growing telesales team at Arogga. We are seeking a talented and results-driven telesales agent who can be a key contributor to our company's success. 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting our products/services.
•    Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up skills.
•    Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
•    Provide accurate information about our products and services to potential customers.
•    Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
•    Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall team targets. 

Employment Status: Part-time 
 
Workplace: Office based role
          
Educational Requirements:
•    Honrs/Bachelor's degree in any subject.

Experience Requirements:
•    Must have telesales experience 1 to 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
•    Previous experience in telesales or a related field.
•    Proficient in basic computer skills and CRM software.
•    Strong organizational and time management skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team 

Job Location:  Dhaka
 
Salary: BDT. 12,000
